To transfer your UK domain to our servers, once you have completed the checkout process for transfering your domain, contact our old host and ask them to release the domain to the following TAG:

Vispa Customers:	VISPA
SimpleDomains Customers:	SIMPLEDOMAINS

Remember, once you have changed the domain TAG, you will need to login to your control panel and update the nameservers to ours in order for your domain to be fully transfered.
